Access to fraud prevention tools has never been more important in the transportation and logistics space. Freight fraud and theft are growing problems, and text messages have become one of the most common attack vectors used by bad actors. TextLocate chose to add Highway’s rule assessments supplemented with their driver level VoiP identifier so that it can help users flag potential risks in real-time. The integration also alerts brokers to suspicious activity like drivers using multiple MC numbers or unverified contact information during the pre-booking stage. With access to these technologies, brokers can make fast, confident decisions while enjoying greater security throughout the freight lifecycle.
