Front and Highway Announce a Strategic Partnership to Eliminate Fraud in the Inbox

DALLAS, TX – MARCH 07, 2024 – Front, a customer operations platform that streamlines shipper, broker, and carrier operations, and Highway, creator of a groundbreaking Carrier Identity Engine for the transportation industry, have launched a strategic partnership to combat the rampant fraud and double-brokering that have plagued the transportation industry in recent years.  

Front was founded to streamline the process of maintaining the relationships that are key to success in many industries. This partnership allows Front users to add Highway’s solutions to their existing Front instances, where Front automatically detects MC and DOT numbers, surfaces relevant carrier information, and links to the carrier record in Highway’s Carrier Identity Engine.

Later this year, Front and Highway will launch an update to their integration that will automatically identify and quarantine potentially fraudulent messages from bad actors. Highway has brought the concept of identity and access management (IAM) to the transportation industry, creating a Carrier Identity Engine that’s continuously working in the background to prevent fraud and help users create fully secured networks across their digital experiences.
